Jonathan Adamson

President

Jonathan is responsible for managing client relationships, evaluating investments, portfolio management, new business development, compliance and oversight of the firm's overall strategy.

Prior to joining AGP, Jonathan was a Managing Director at Hall Capital, a family-owned private investment company with offices in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas and Nashville. At Hall, Jonathan was active in developing and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Hall Capital in 2012, Jonathan was with Argonaut Private Equity, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions and managing several portfolio companies within a diversified global private equity fund. Jonathan started his career as an investment banker within the Energy & Power group of Banc of America Securities in New York, where he focused on capital raising and M&A advisory services for companies in the utility and oil & gas sectors.

Jonathan holds a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Management Science from Southern Methodist University; and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a Sord Scholar and received the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence.

Jackie Irwin

Founder and Executive Vice President

Jackie's role is to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing highly-customized service.

Jackie has over 40 years of experience in the investment business and has extensive experience in client services.

Prior to joining Autumn Glory Partners, Jackie was a co-founder and Associate Investment Advisor at Adams Hall Asset Management. Her career also includes serving as a Principal, Officer, and Director of Houchin, Adamson & Co., Inc. and as a broker's Assistant at Southwest Securities Inc.

Jackie holds a B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University.

Courtney Lawson

Chief Compliance Officer

Courtney manages the firm's compliance program and custody relationships, client services and internal operations.

Prior to joining AGP in 2019, Courtney was a Client Service Manager at Fidelity Investments, where she supported several RIA firms representing a total of $10B in AUM who utilized Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions, particularly in the areas of relationship management, problem resolution and process improvement. Her previous roles at Fidelity included Relationship Manager and Margin Trading Specialist.

Courtney earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
